Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

I’ll keep this short and simple. These mashed potatoes go amazing with pretty much anything!

And they’re SO EASY to make!

They’re even easier because I choose to use red potatoes and leave the skins on so you won’t have to break out the potato peeler!

Let’s get to it!

How To Make Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes:

1.Put a large pot of water on the stove on high heat until it comes to a rolling boil.

2. Wash and scrub your potatoes.

3. Dice potatoes into 1 inch cubes.

4. Once water is at a rolling boil, carefully pour potatoes into the pot. Reduce heat to medium-high.

5. Cook until you can pierce a potato with a fork and it’s basically falling apart. About 15-20 minutes.

6. Once tender, drain your potatoes and return them to the pot.

7. Add minced garlic, milk, butter, salt, and ranch seasoning. Grab your potato masher and mash away! You can make these as smooth or as chunky as you like them.

8. Give everything a good stir and serve up with your favorite entree!
